Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Facilities Maintenance Officer to join our team. As a Facilities Maintenance Officer, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our facilities, ensuring a safe and healthy environment for all staff and visitors.

Key Responsibilities

  • Operational Oversight: Oversee daily operations of facilities, including cleaning, maintenance, and repairs.

  • Staff Management: Manage staff deployment to meet operational needs, ensuring adequate staffing levels and efficient use of resources.
  • Safety and Compliance: Conduct regular site inspections to ensure compliance with health and safety standards, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
  • Reporting and Administration: Prepare operations reports and perform other administrative duties to support business decision-making.

  • Cleaning and Maintenance: Proven experience in cleaning and maintenance, with knowledge of industry best practices.
  • Customer Service: Excellent customer service skills, with the ability to respond to queries and resolve issues in a professional manner.
