Run two to three enterprise engagements end to end across APAC: scope, cadence, risk, commercials and the difficult conversations that keep a programme honest.

Hybrid — two anchor days in the office Reporting line, on-call expectation and the first ninety days are covered in the opening conversation — ask hard questions there.
What you will own
- Own delivery for concurrent engagements, from statement of work through to steady-state support.
- Run the weekly rhythm: measurable progress, an honest risk register and no surprises at the steering committee.
- Protect engineering focus — negotiate scope and sequencing rather than passing pressure straight through.
- Manage commercials: burn, margin, change requests and forecast accuracy.
- Lead retrospectives that produce two or three real changes rather than a list of sentiments.
What we need from you
- Six or more years delivering software programmes, including at least three in a client-facing role.
- A technical background sufficient to challenge an estimate and understand an architecture trade-off.
- Track record with fixed-scope and time-and-materials commercial models.
- Excellent stakeholder management up to executive level, with clear written status communication.
- Comfort saying no early, with a reasoned alternative attached.
Useful, not required
- Experience in regulated APAC markets, especially financial services.
- Formal certification such as PMP, PSM or PRINCE2.
- Pre‑sales and proposal experience.
