The Opportunity
As a Product Expert with Mercedes-Benz, you will work very closely with the Sales team on product enquiries, presentation and delivery duties. You will support the Sales team through enthusiastic and convincing communication of the product details, creating high awareness of and excitement about the functions and configuration to the customers. The Product Expert will also address the customers’ questions and demonstrate vehicle features as well as assist them in selecting the vehicle that best suits their needs. You will conduct internal product training to improve the general product knowledge with updates and knowledge tests for the Sales team. As a member of our team, you will be expected to be very well-informed and knowledgeable about the automotive market, product knowledge, accessories, technologies, features, and functions.
Job Requirements
Well-versed in automotive product/technical know-how
Knowledge of the automotive industry and competitor environment
Possess good communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to present and engage a group of audience
Ability to work independently with strong analytical and planning skills
Tech-savvy with working knowledge of computer skills and mobile devices
Have a passion for cars
Possess a valid Class 3 driving licence
