Creative Director, PDS Singapore Join to apply for the Creative Director, PDS Singapore role at JLL About the Role The PDS business in Singapore provides a comprehensive spectrum of services encompassing design, project management, construction, and technical advisory to occupier and investor clients, operating across diverse asset classes including office, logistics & industrial, retail, and hotel properties. This strategic leadership role reports to the Head of the Singapore Project & Development Services (PDS) business, working collaboratively with the Design Director and design team within the PDS Singapore business. Key Responsibilities Leadership & Management: Oversee design activities, manage design staff, and ensure operational excellence across internal systems, processes, and tools. Foster a high‑performance team environment that drives exceptional design outcomes. Creative Direction: Serve as the creative design influencer in Singapore, steering the team to develop innovative concepts, designs, and strategies that add significant value. Continuously evolve and develop JLL PDS’s design standards. Team Development: Mentor, guide, and develop the design team, ensuring they maintain a cutting edge in innovation and design. Run workshops and sessions to inspire and upskill the team. Strategic Collaboration: Work closely with other service and sector leads, as well as with design team leaders across APAC, to support design capabilities and harmonize design standards across the region. Project Delivery: Lead the creation of design, prepare compelling pitch decks, present designs to clients, and oversee the delivery of projects from a design perspective, ensuring objectives, quality, timelines, and budgets are met. Problem Solving & Stewardship: Tackle tough design challenges, provide innovative solutions, and maintain the highest standards of design quality and professional excellence. Required Qualifications Professional degree in Interior Design or Architecture. Minimum 15 years of progressive experience across diverse asset classes, including mixed‑use, office, hospitality, retail, and both greenfield and brownfield projects. Hands‑on experience in Singapore’s dynamic commercial landscape and regional APAC expertise. Technical proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator), and Microsoft Office. Proven leadership skills with a record of mentoring and delivering multiple successful projects in a competitive market.
