General Role
Support the company BIM Managers in overall development and implementation of BIM
Assist on project BIM standards development, implementation and enforcement
Create and maintain the project template files to assure standards
Provide support for electronic file submission and Singapore BIM authoring submission. Provide quality control for completeness and adherence to company standards of all drawings produced.
Supervise, develop and enforce BIM documentation and workflow process standards
Train and oversee the day-to-day activities of Revit specialists to ensure BIM standards are maintained in the creation of Architectural BIM model
Provide technical orientation to new staff who join the project teams
Maintain high level of competency of software through continued use and training
Project Interface
Prepare BIM execution plan for projects and ensure on-going compliance and improvement
Oversee and manage BIM Projects. Manage processes, implementation, best practices and techniques of BIM. Monitor progress of design to ensure it is according to planned schedule.
Assist BIM leads, to ensure BIM delivery satisfies the Tender BIM requirements
Chair BIM coordination meetings to oversee design coordination issues and generate clash detection reports at different stages
Oversee BIM authoring requirements and ensure good quality BIM submission
Qualifications
Bachelor Degree in Architecture
Autodesk Revit Certified Professional
BCA Academy BIM Management Certificate
Skills
Technical knowledge of design and construction skills to create workflows and BIM models effectively.
Identify, analyse and solve issues with BIM models quickly and efficiently.
Able to automate tasks with scripting tools, e.g., Dynamo scripts, Python, etc.
