Seeking an experienced Logistics Supervisor (Class 4) to oversee a team of delivery drivers.

Job Summary:

  • \
  • Supervise a team of delivery drivers and provide them with training, guidance, and motivation to achieve daily and overall delivery goals. \
  • Plan, organize, and execute daily delivery schedules to ensure high productivity and on-time delivery. \
  • Identify and resolve delivery issues. \
  • Responsible for driver feedback. \
  • Observe and provide feedback on current practices to identify areas for improvement. \\

Requirements:

  • \
  • Must have a valid Class 4 driving license. \
  • Min. 2 years of experience in supervisory role. \\
