Responsibilities Work closely with stakeholders to understand their needs and pain points to scope up their problems, automate internal processes, and improve productivity. Be a subject matter expert in retail finance business and data. Consolidate data from multiple sources including operations, marketing, and source databases to create integrated views that drive decision-making. Work closely with the data engineering team to enhance and optimize the data warehouse infrastructure. Develop variable tools for stakeholders to boost operational working efficiency. Build and implement data visualization of reports and dashboards for management and business users. Critically evaluate and define business metrics; develop analyses that lead to actionable insights to support continuous improvement of the Retail Finance business. Requirements Bachelor’s degree and above in Computer Science/Engineering, Statistics, Business Analytics, Information Technology, Finance/Banking, or related fields. Open to fresh graduates and candidates with up to 1 year of experience. SQL and Python skills are mandatory. Critical thinking and structured problem-solving capabilities. Ability to work well with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment. Basic accounting/finance knowledge is preferred. Experience in the finance/banking industry is a plus. Experience in business intelligence and analytics in e-commerce is a plus.
