This executive will drive excellence in service delivery, strengthen customer relationships, and ensure high client satisfaction and retention across enterprise and hyperscale accounts.**Key Responsibilities:****Customer Success & Retention*** Own the customer lifecycle, ensuring seamless onboarding, adoption, expansion, and renewal for data center customers.* Act as the senior escalation point for client concerns, working cross-functionally to resolve complex delivery issues.**
