️ We're Hiring: Site Engineer (Fresh Graduate Programme) ️At Ohin Construction, we believe in building not just infrastructure - but people.We're looking for a passionate and driven fresh graduate to join us as a Site Engineer.If you've recently graduated with a Degree in Civil Engineering and you're eager to:- Gain hands-on experience in real construction projects,- Work alongside experienced engineers and mentors,- Develop into a future project manager,then we want to meet you.Apply if you're interested, or pass this on to someone may beRole and responsibilities Supervise and monitor daily construction activities, such as Jet Grouting Pipe (soil improvements), deep excavation, pipe-jacking and manhole construction, to ensure quality and adherence to design specifications. Check and study construction drawings, method statements, and technical submissions to ensure they meet project and regulatory standards. Coordinate with the safety team to enforce compliance with safety regulations for all construction activities. Purchase services/utilities plan, NCE, Trial trench report, site meeting with services/ utilities officers etc... PUB system as Permit to Dig, Permit to Jack etc. and Road Opening Application (ROA). Work with consultants, subcontractors, and PUB representatives to coordinate site activities. Track and report on project progress against the approved construction program and update on daily basis. Ensure quality assurance tests on materials are conducted well in advance and workmanship and conduct site inspections to ensure a high standard of work. Maintain comprehensive site records, including daily work logs, progress reports, and variations, for all construction activities.
