You will help with Alchemist's daily operations in all our outlets (International Plaza, Khong Guan Building, Hong Leong Building, The Mill, CIMB Plaza, 71 Robinson, The Hereen, Asia Square,Ocean Financial Center,Funan and Plaza Singapura). You will Deliver exceptional hospitality to our. guests, fellow colleagues, and all of our vendors and suppliers Make and serve a selection of delicious beverages with a variety of different brewing and preparation methods Stay knowledgeable about Alchemist's current beverage offerings and preparation techniques, continuously cultivating your own curiosity and knowledge through in-house tastings, cuppings, and trainings Taste our coffee regularly to ensure quality that upholds our standards, and to develop your palate Create a community in our cafes by sharing your joy and knowledge of coffee with our guests; inspire your fellow teammates to do the same Support the team by taking joy in the tasks that keeps the cafe running smoothly and effectively - these tasks include cleaning, clearing, washing dishes, sweeping, dusting, mopping, cleaning and organising condiment stations, and taking out trash Maintain proper health, food safely according to the food safety guidelines Promote a clean and safe workspace You are Proactive and enthusiastic with an avid interest in learning and making coffee Outgoing personality to interact with customers Passionate about speciality coffee and creating an inclusive hospitality engagement Excited about taking on challenges and possessing a positive attitude Possess a valid food hygiene certificate will be an advantage Other Information Pay: $2,100.00 - $2,700.00 per month Willingness to travel: 100% (Required) A few benefits we provide You’ll get to taste a wide range of coffee such as our Dark Matter, Lumos Coffee training and continuous learning to further develop your coffee knowledge Coffee career opportunities Complimentary coffee at our outlets and staff discounts on coffee beans and merchandise items Be part of a great family-oriented team 5-day work week Meal allowance provided per shift Bonus for full-timers subjected to the company’s performance Medical and dental insurance
