The Right Profile We’re looking for a driven, ambitious marketing leader to take Syfe’s growth in Singapore to the next level. As Head of Country Marketing, Singapore, you’ll have full ownership of the country’s marketing strategy and execution—from scaling paid acquisition to driving organic growth and leading high-impact brand campaigns. You’ll report directly to the VP of Marketing and be the single point of accountability for customer growth in Singapore, while working shoulder-to-shoulder with a talented leadership team and cross-functional peers. Location: Singapore Key Responsibilities Growth Marketing across acquisition and retention Lead paid growth at scale: Own all acquisition channels—Meta, Google, programmatic, affiliates, influencers—and drive high-ROI growth within agreed payback windows. Orchestrate the ideal user experience in Lifecycle: Work with the lifecycle marketing and product teams to execute campaigns across email, push, and in-app journeys to deepen engagement, improve activation, and increase lifetime value. Launch Singapore-specific campaigns: Design and run tactical promos and country-led initiatives that convert into funded accounts and deposits. Optimize every step of the funnel: Partner with Product and Growth Ops to refine ads, landing pages, CRM flows, and onboarding experiences for maximum conversion and retention. Organic Acquisition & Content Marketing Drive Singapore’s organic growth engine across SEO, ASO, referral, and content channels. Define an SEO roadmap aligned to investor intent (e.g., cash management, CPF investing, brokerage). Oversee and guide our always-on content (blogs, email, social) tailored to Singapore audiences and product priorities. Partner with PR and regional teams to amplify country-specific initiatives (e.g., product launches, market commentary, community events). Brand & Campaigns Lead Singapore’s brand campaign strategy in close partnership with the regional brand team. Design and deliver country-level brand campaigns that build salience and relevance, integrated across paid, owned, and earned media. Ensure Syfe’s brand shows up consistently across all Singapore touchpoints, from high-reach media to grassroots activations. Localize global campaigns and create country-specific brand moments that resonate with Singapore investors. Leadership & Cross-Functional Alignment Build and lead a high-performing Singapore marketing team (channel specialists + campaign marketers). Build close cross-functional working alignments with peers in product, business, and operation to deliver holistic activities. Align with central marketing functions (Brand, PR, CRM, Regional Events) to deliver country goals while leveraging shared expertise. Instill a culture of data-driven decision-making, experimentation, and continuous improvement. Success Metrics Acquisition: Number of new funded accounts, net deposit inflows, CAC and payback performance. Organic Growth: SEO rankings, referral program performance, organic share of acquisition. Brand: Brand salience (awareness, consideration), campaign reach/engagement, share of voice. Execution: On-time, on-budget delivery of campaigns; cross-functional satisfaction and alignment. Team: Engagement, retention, and development of the Singapore marketing team. Qualifications 10+ years in marketing, with at least 5 years in growth/performance roles and 3+ years in brand or integrated campaign leadership. Proven track record of delivering paid acquisition performance in Singapore, ideally in financial services, fintech, or other regulated industries. Deep understanding of Singapore’s consumer financial landscape, media environment, and competitive set. Experience leading organic growth programs (SEO, content, referrals) with measurable impact. Strong creative and analytical balance: comfortable with brand storytelling as well as CAC/ROI models. Exceptional leadership and stakeholder management skills, with experience building and motivating teams.
