Salt is looking to hire a Market Associate for one of the travel tech client in Singapore. This is a 12-month renewable contract opportunity, you will play a crucial role in the retention, growth, and optimization of host entrepreneurs and rising hosts in your assigned territory.
What you’ll need:
- Manage a book of business consisting of host entrepreneurs and rising hosts, ensuring their retention, growth, and optimization.
- Conduct one-on-one optimization and onboarding conversations, providing strategic recommendations on pricing, availability, and listing quality.
- Secure availability over high compression dates, ensuring hosts maximize their revenue potential.
- Educate hosts on product updates and policy changes, while channeling their feedback to internal teams.
- Respond to host inquiries and provide timely, high-quality support to improve their experience on the platform.
- Analyze performance data to identify trends and take action on opportunities that drive increased bookings and host success.
- Develop long-lasting relationships with hosts, ensuring they receive ongoing support tailored to their needs.
