About This Role
This is a unique opportunity to inspire young minds and foster a lifelong love for Mandarin. As a Chinese Preschool Teacher, you will design engaging learning experiences that spark interest in children aged 18 months to 6 years old.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Inspire Young Minds: Create an environment that encourages children to explore and learn through songs, stories, games, and conversations.
  • Design Meaningful Lessons: Plan developmentally appropriate, values-aligned lessons that cater to the needs of each child.
  • Celebrate Culture: Introduce Chinese festivals, traditions, and classic tales to help children develop cultural awareness and appreciation.
  • Foster Communication: Support children in confidently expressing themselves in Mandarin, both verbally and in writing.
  • Collaborate & Reflect: Work with a nurturing team that values sharing, feedback, and growth, ensuring a supportive and innovative environment.
About You
We are looking for an individual who possesses:
  • A Diploma or Degree in Early Childhood Education (Chinese) or equivalent.
  • Familiarity with Singapore's NEL Framework.
  • Strong language proficiency in spoken and written Chinese.
  • Creative energy to bring languages to life through storytelling, singing, and interactive activities.
  • An open-minded, positive attitude, and a willingness to grow with the team.
