Core Responsibilities Business & Growth Analysis: Analyze key business metrics, including revenue, cost, and profitability, to provide a clear view of business performance and inform strategic planning. Business & Growth Analysis: Conduct in-depth analysis of user acquisition, retention, and expansion patterns to identify growth levers and optimize marketing strategies. Business & Growth Analysis: Develop and maintain dashboards and reports that provide actionable insights to stakeholders across the company. Product & User Insights: Design and analyze A/B tests to evaluate the performance of new features and product changes, providing data-driven recommendations for product development. Product & User Insights: Conduct deep-dive analyses into user behavior to understand how users interact with our product, identifying pain points and opportunities for improvement. Product & User Insights: Perform cohort analysis and user segmentation to uncover trends in user engagement and value, informing targeted product and marketing initiatives. We're Looking For Someone Who Has Business Acumen: With understanding of business dynamics and the ability to connect data with action. Business Acumen: Strong commercial awareness, with experience in SaaS business models, user operations, or AI products being a significant advantage. Analytical & Technical Skills: Proficiency in SQL for complex data querying and experience with Python for data analysis and automation. Analytical & Technical Skills: Experience in using data visualization tools to create insightful and easy-to-understand dashboards. Collaboration & Communication: Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex analytical findings to both technical and non-technical audiences. Collaboration & Communication: A collaborative mindset and the ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team environment, partnering with product, engineering, and business teams. Bonus Points With experience in a business analysis, product analysis, or data analysis role, preferably in a SaaS, AI, or technology company. Experience with AI-powered products.
