Our client, a world-renowned FMCG company with a strong global footprint, is seeking a
Commercial Financial Analyst
to join their team. This role offers a unique opportunity to combine financial expertise with commercial strategy, partnering with business leaders to drive growth and profitability across diverse markets.
Key Responsibilities
Partner with Sales, Marketing, and Supply Chain teams to provide financial insights that shape strategic and operational decisions.
Lead analysis of trade spend, promotions, pricing, and product profitability to maximize returns.
Support business cases for new product launches, channel expansion, and investment opportunities.
Prepare, review, and present forecasts, dashboards, and performance reports to senior management.
Deliver scenario modelling and ad-hoc analysis for strategic initiatives.
Drive process improvements in reporting, forecasting, and financial analysis.
Qualifications & Experience
Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field; professional certifications (CPA, ACCA, CIMA) advantageous.
3–5 years’ experience in financial planning & analysis, ideally within FMCG or consumer-driven industries.
Strong commercial acumen with the ability to translate data into meaningful insights.
Advanced Excel and financial modelling skills; knowledge of BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, SAP) preferred.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders across functions and regions.
Resilient, detail-oriented, and able to thrive in a fast-paced, matrix environment.
