Working Hours: 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM (Monday to Friday)

About the Role:
A well-established auditing and accounting firm is looking for an experienced and dynamic Audit Partner to join its leadership team. This strategic role involves overseeing assurance engagements, leading teams, driving business development, and ensuring compliance with regulatory and professional standards.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage assurance and audit engagements across various industries.
  • Oversee quality control processes and ensure adherence to professional standards and ACRA regulations.
  • Provide strategic direction and mentorship to the assurance team.
  • Drive business development efforts and maintain strong client relationships.
  • Collaborate with other partners to support firm growth and innovation.
  • Represent the organization in professional and industry forums.
Requirements:
  • Must hold a valid Practising Certificate and be registered as a Public Accountant with ACRA.
  • Chartered Accountant (CA Singapore) designation and membership with ISCA are required.
  • At least 10 years of relevant experience in public accounting or audit practice.
  • Demonstrated leadership and team management capabilities.
  • Strong technical knowledge of auditing standards, financial reporting, and regulatory requirements.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and client management skills.
  • Business acumen with the ability to contribute to firm-wide initiatives.
