Operate regional trending events under TikTok search scenarios (sports, entertainment, music, news), responsible for multi-angle trends topic operations and content strategy optimization, to improve users experience for trends. Utilize various product levers to improve to drive more users' engagement and enhance the event in-app volume. Monitor regional search data, evaluate quality and effectiveness of online recommendation, understand search needs and preferences based on metric fluctuation, provide localized analysis and suggestions for the product ops team to optimize strategies. Work closely and flexibly with XFN stakeholders to achieve targets together. Please note that this position involves exposure to sensitive content, including but not limited to vulgar content, violence, pornography, and fake news. Qualifications Minimum Qualifications Bachelor's degree or above, preferably in Journalism or data/content/media/culture-related majors. Minimum 1 year of experience in Journalism, News Reporting, Major News researching, News/Trends/Viral Events monitoring. Professional fluency in Korean language given that this role will support the Korean speaking market. And profound understanding of Korean market culture/user/media content. Willing to work on shifts, which includes Evening shifts, weekends and public holidays. Relevant experience in the tech industry, including but not limited to content, operation, news or related areas. Good at data analysis and communication skills and project management experience.
