Identify and pursue new business opportunities and potential markets. Plan and implement sales and marketing initiatives, including roadshows, exhibitions, and promotional events. Prepare quotations, proposals, and respond to customer and partner inquiries in a timely manner. Collaborate with internal teams on product positioning, pricing, forecasting, and budgeting. Supervise, guide, and motivate retail sales teams to achieve sales KPIs. Monitor and analyze consumer behavior, market trends, and competitors’ activities to identify growth opportunities. Job Requirements Degree / Diploma in Sales, Marketing, Business, or a related field. Minimum 2–3 years of relevant sales experience, preferably within the Telecommunication or Consumer Electronics industry. Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. Proactive, meticulous, and results-driven with good analytical and leadership abilities. Able to work independently and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
