The Position Go-To-Market Strategy Manager APAC (Digital Health Market Access) A healthier future drives us to innovate, advance science, and ensure everyone has access to the healthcare they need—today and for generations to come. We are seeking a Go-To-Market (GTM) Strategy Manager APAC with deep expertise in market access and reimbursement to drive growth strategies across the Asia Pacific region. This role is critical in developing innovative reimbursement strategies, shaping market access opportunities, and creating enterprise-level GTM approaches. Leveraging a comprehensive understanding of the healthcare ecosystem, the successful candidate will connect the dots between healthcare systems, payers, regulatory requirements, and value pools to deliver commercial success. The Opportunity Analyze financial flows (e.g. revenue and costs), value pools, and budgets across health systems, payers, and governments to design reimbursement strategies that successfully commercialize the RIS portfolio. Build actionable insights into market dynamics, including emerging market access opportunities and shifts in value pools, to support sustainable growth across the APAC region. Identify and assess key trends in healthcare policy, market access, and reimbursement landscapes to develop market insights critical to product development teams. Develop business plans, new business models, and market access-driven go-to-market strategies at an enterprise portfolio level and collaborate closely with lifecycle product teams. Collaborate with global and regional executive stakeholders to uncover and define market-shaping opportunities that address access and reimbursement challenges in the mid-to-long term outlook. Engage with key external stakeholders including ministries of health, government officials and payer executives to remove barriers and increase access for our products. Experiment with innovative approaches to market entry, ensuring solutions meet both access and reimbursement requirements. Partner with the Global Business Development and Partnering teams to enhance market access efforts across the APAC region. Who You Are A Bachelor’s degree (or higher) in Economics, Business, Biomedical Sciences, IT, or Engineering, with 5-8 years of experience driving go-to-market strategies focused on access and reimbursement for healthcare products—particularly data and digital health solutions. A seasoned expert in market access and reimbursement, with extensive experience navigating the APAC region's complex healthcare ecosystems, including interactions with government officials, ministries of health, and key payers. Demonstrated experience in market access and reimbursement for digital health and cloud-based software solutions targeting healthcare customers.
