Job Title: Banking Professional

About the Role:

We are seeking an Entry-Level Banking Professional to support our operations in Singapore. The ideal candidate will be responsible for processing corporate actions and income events for the APAC region, ensuring accurate and timely data entry, and communicating with custodians to clarify details related to income events and corporate actions.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Process corporate actions and income events for the APAC region in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Ensure precise and prompt data entry for all corporate income and event transactions.
  • Communicate with custodians to clarify details related to income events and corporate actions.
  • Prepare disclosure letters in response to shareholder information requests from companies.
  • Respond to queries from internal stakeholders regarding income events and corporate actions.
  • Record commission fees received or update waiver logs when applicable.
  • Support and participate in User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and project initiatives.
  • Perform other ad-hoc tasks and responsibilities as assigned.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Ability to multitask and work accurately under pressure.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel and Word.
  • Familiarity with corporate actions and banking processes.
