Description

We are seeking an experienced Human Resource professional to join our team in Southeast Asia. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HR management, with a focus on recruitment, employee relations, and performance management.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy
• Manage the recruitment and selection process, ensuring a smooth onboarding experience for new hires
• Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation, and preservation of human capital
• Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance
• Maintain and enhance employee relations by addressing demands, grievances, or other issues
• Assess training needs to apply and monitor training programs
• Report to management and provide decision support through HR metrics

Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• 3-10 years of experience in Human Resources management
• Strong knowledge of HR practices, employment laws, and regulations
• Proficient in HRIS and MS Office Suite
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Experience in managing employee relations and conflict resolution
