As a Process Automation Analyst within Global Corporate Banking’s Sustainability Office, you’ll directly contribute to streamlining our environmental, social, and governance (ESG) reporting. You’ll gain valuable experience in automation, data analysis, and sustainability practices, playing a key role in demonstrating our leadership and transparency. How you succeed Embrace a proactive and analytical approach. You’ll need to quickly learn our sustainability data processes and identify opportunities for automation. A strong attention to detail and a willingness to independently develop and maintain solutions will be crucial. Success means delivering efficient, accurate, and insightful reporting that supports our sustainability goals. What you do Responsibilities include: Developing and maintaining Excel macros and scripts to automate recurring sustainability reporting tasks. Assisting in building dashboards and templates for tracking key sustainability metrics. Contributing to the streamlining of internal processes related to data collection, validation, and analysis. Identifying and implementing innovative solutions to enhance reporting efficiency and accuracy. Collaborating with team members to ensure data integrity and consistency. Supporting ad-hoc data requests related to sustainability reporting. Who you work with Global Corporate Banking takes a partnership approach to helping large companies achieve their potential. Working internationally, across multiple industries, our teams grow their industry-specific expertise delivering business-building services, financing, cash management, trade, and Treasury solutions. Right now, we’re actively evolving our digital and sustainability model – and you’ll be a part of that. Who you are A recent graduate from a Polytechnic or University with a diploma or degree in the relevant field. Highly proficient in VBA/macros. Possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Demonstrate meticulous attention to detail and the ability to work independently. Open to learning and applying new technologies, such as Python or Power BI (a plus). Learning Objectives This programme will provide you with: Hands-on experience in process automation techniques using VBA and potentially Python/Power BI. Exposure to sustainability reporting frameworks and data management best practices. Opportunities to develop your analytical and problem-solving skills in a real-world business context.
