Key Responsibilities
- Conduct financial needs analysis in insurance, investments & retirement planning
- Build and maintain long-term client relationships
- Use GEN's digital tools to engage clients
- Complete CMFAS licensing exams (sponsored by GEN)
- Participate in training and team activities
- Local Polytechnic Diploma or Degree; No experience required - training provided
- 100% Commission-Based Earnings: $30,000-$60,000 in Year 1, top performers > $100k
