Roles & Responsibilities Job Description & Requirements Site Inspections : Conduct thorough inspections of residential and commercial properties to identify pest infestations, entry points, and conducive conditions. Treatment Application : Safely apply chemical and non-chemical pest control solutions (e.g., sprays, baits, traps) following company protocols and regulatory guidelines. Pest Identification : Diagnose pest species (rodents, insects, termites, etc.) and recommend appropriate treatment plans based on findings. Equipment Maintenance : Clean, calibrate, and maintain pest control tools, sprayers, and safety gear to ensure operational efficiency. Safety Compliance : Adhere to OSHA standards, NEA regulations, and company safety procedures when handling pesticides and equipment. Client Education : Explain treatment processes, prevention tips, and follow-up schedules to customers, addressing their concerns professionally. Documentation : Complete detailed service reports, including treatments applied, chemicals used, and recommendations for future visits. Team Collaboration : Coordinate with supervisors and fellow technicians to optimize service routes, share insights, and resolve complex infestations. Responsibilities: Professionally inspect properties to determine pest presence and damage levels. Apply pest control treatments in accordance with safety and regulatory standards. Clearly communicate treatment details and prevention advice to clients. Uphold strict adherence to safety and environmental protocols. Ensure proper maintenance of all pest control equipment. Provide timely reports and recommendations to supervisory staff.
