JOB LOCATION: SINGAPORE JOB TITLE: ORACLE DBA Job Description:

  1. End to end setup, installation of DB in a cluster environment (ASM, File Sharing or Cluster). It would be splendid if the resource has knowledge on how to setup Oracle DB in a HA mode in Azure platforms. This is one of the primary need of the hour.
  2. Oracle DataGuard, FSFO.
  3. Database Hardening
  4. Data Archival, DBA scripts, purging, restoration. Knowledge on ILM.
  5. Database Security product implementation & migration (Oracle TDE (Column & Tablespace), Oracle Wallets, Database Vault, Database Firewall, database network encryption (SSL/NDE)
  6. Expert in backup/restore, load/unload data, Application Query and Oracle RDBMS performance tuning, resource management, Data guard, pl/sql, Clusterware/ASM and OEM (oracle enterprise manager)
  7. Oracle golden gate replication software experience
  8. PostgreSQL, MSSQL, MongoDB support experience
  9. Experience of database shared services / private cloud service model
  10. Mandatory Skillsets Oracle RAC (Must) . Minimum 5 - 7years relevant experience in oracle DBA .
  11. Technical, communication and written skill should be good Requirements:
  12. Excellent proficiency on Oracle DBA 19c, 12c, 11g including Oracle 11g/12c/19c RAC (essential) :
  13. Database Security product implementation & migration (Oracle TDE (Column & Tablespace), Oracle Wallets, Database Vault, Database Firewall, database network encryption (SSL/NDE) (essential)
  14. Data Archival Solution
  15. Expert in backup/restore, load/unload data, Application Query and Oracle RDBMS performance tuning, resource management, Data guard, pl/sql, Clusterware/ASM and OEM (oracle enterprise manager) (essential)
  16. Oracle golden gate replication software experience (preferred)
  17. PostgreSQL, MSSQL, MongoDB support experience (Good to have)
  18. Proactive mindset, they should be able to demonstrate this by showing initiatives they have developed on their own to improve services supplied.
  19. Experience of database shared services / private cloud service model (preferred)
  20. Strong communication, interpersonal and collaborative skills. Good project management skills. Work well within a team but also able to work individually in stressful incident situations.
  21. Experience in Oracle Applications (preferred)
