Forklift Driver Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Forklift Operator to join our warehouse team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for safely and efficiently operating a forklift to move goods and materials throughout the facility.

The key responsibilities of this role include:

  • Offloading goods and materials from incoming vehicles and placing them in designated areas.
  • Moving inventory to pallets or crates for storage or shipment.
  • Reporting any damages, shortages, or quality issues.
  • Transporting raw materials to production areas.
  • Conducting regular inspections on machinery to assess the need for repairs and ensure safety through routine maintenance.
  • Adhering to relevant company policies and legal regulations.
  • Contributing to maintaining a safe and organized facility environment.
  • Efficiently organizing relocated and unloaded items to optimize space usage and segregate products effectively.

The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills, at least 1 year of working experience, a valid forklift license, and the ability to commit to overtime when required.

We are looking for a motivated and experienced Forklift Driver who is able to lift up to 15 kg, familiar with handheld scanners, and computerized warehouse systems.
