Job Title: Advanced Clinical Pharmacy Specialist

Description

This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled clinical pharmacy specialist to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in clinical pharmacy services and be passionate about delivering high-quality patient care.

We are looking for someone who can lead the development and implementation of new clinical pharmacy services, deliver advanced clinical pharmacy care in a state-of-the-art facility, design and conduct training programs for emerging pharmacists, mentor and support the professional growth of junior pharmacy staff, and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver innovative healthcare solutions.

The successful candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of clinical pharmacy experience, a passion for innovation, clinical excellence, and teaching, and proven experience in developing clinical services or training initiatives. They will also possess strong leadership, mentoring, and communication skills.

Key Responsibilities
