Roles & Responsibilities

Job Description

  • Industry/ Organization Type: Manufacturing & Production
  • Position Title: QA Executive/Senior QA Executive
  • Working Location: Redhill (Near to the MRT)
  • Working Hours: 5 days a week (Flexi Hours)
  • Salary Package: Up to $5000 (Basic) + $88 (Fixed Allowance) + AWS + Performance Bonus
  • Duration: Permanent

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct regular quality assessments to troubleshoot and resolve issues with product functionality.
  • Partner with R&D to evaluate new products or parts and generate detailed quality reports.
  • Execute functional, performance, and reliability tests.
  • Maintain compliance with Quality Management Systems, including ISO
  • Provide expert QMS advice and lead continuous improvement efforts across all business units.
  • Manage ESG projects from initiation to completion, aligning with corporate sustainability goals.
  • Create and oversee project plans, timelines, and budgets, ensuring efficient resource coordination.
  • Lead cross-functional teams to deliver projects on schedule and within budget.
  • Perform additional duties as delegated by the team leader.

  • Bachelor's degree in Electronic and Electrical Engineering.
  • At least 2 years of experience in operations, quality, and engineering within the manufacturing sector.
  • Proficient in Quality System Standards, including ISO9001, ISO14001, and ISO
  • Solid understanding of sustainability concepts, ESG frameworks, and current industry trends.
