Responsibilities:
Serve in different capacities as a business process analyst, RPA developer, support and course trainer as assigned and/or required on multiple and simultaneous assignments.
Collaborate with customers to extract and define use cases in their existing IT and business operations, including process optimization, redesign, and reengineering.
Gather business requirements, design, develop, test, deploy, and document automation workflows based on Blue Prism Process and Object Template and similar tools.
Create, develop, and review business requirements documents (BRD) and solution design documents (SDD).
Deliver process automations in onsite and remote client engagements to ensure successful adoption.
Implement RPA best practices by configuring programs, scripts, and objects that are efficient, reusable, maintainable, and understandable.
Understand business processes through workflow diagrams and conceptualize them as automated solutions.
Create and document test procedures, scenarios, and cases for pre-UAT and UAT phases.
Thoroughly test packages in their deployment environments, managing the overall testing cycle.
Maintain RPA systems and monitor automation processes for successful execution.
Provide L1 – L3 support, review documentation, and manage change requests based on incident and request priorities.
Analyze incidents, identify root causes, troubleshoot issues, and provide timely solutions within SLA parameters.
Ensure accountability for assigned tasks related to fixing, enhancing, and supporting automation processes.
Adhere to Incident, Problem, and Change Management guidelines.
Requirements:
Degree in Computer Science or related discipline.
4-6 years of hands-on RPA experience, including 2-3 years with Blue Prism.
Advanced skills in application development, analysis, and design across various contexts.
Ability to understand and analyze complex requirements and define advanced technical and functional solutions.
Experience in integrating applications via web services, REST APIs, and knowledge of RDBMS and open-source databases.
Process-oriented with strong presentation, communication, and articulation skills.
Proven experience developing automation solutions using Blue Prism.
Experience with software delivery lifecycle using Waterfall and/or Agile methodologies.
Experience with UiPath, Automation Anywhere, Kofax, and/or OpenSpan is a plus.
Fluency in English and business proficiency in Mandarin or Bahasa Melayu for stakeholder communication.
