Installation Specialist

We are seeking an Installation Specialist to join our team.

About the Job

The Installation Specialist will be responsible for conducting on-site assessments, communicating with customers, installing home appliances, and ensuring proper system functioning. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background and excellent customer service skills.

This role involves:

  • Conducting on-site assessments to determine the best location for installation based on plumbing, electrical, and space requirements;
  • Communicating effectively with customers to explain the installation process, answer questions, and address concerns;
  • Installing home appliances according to manufacturer specifications and industry standards;
  • Connecting home appliance to existing plumbing lines, faucets, and electrical outlets as needed;
  • Testing installed systems to ensure proper functioning;
  • Providing demonstrations to customers on how to use and maintain their systems effectively;
  • Troubleshooting and resolving any issues or malfunctions with installed systems in a timely manner;
  • Maintaining accurate records of installations, including parts used, labor hours, and customer information;
  • Coordinating with sales and customer service teams to schedule installations and ensure customer satisfaction.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you must possess the following qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering;
  • At least 5 years of industry experience in a related role;
  • Outstanding customer service and communication skills;
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and lead the team;
  • Valid driver's license and clean driving record;
  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, to accommodate customer schedules.
