More about the job: Ensure all aspects of Safety, Environmental, Quality, and Cost are being met Responsible for execution of all maintenance work in accordance with the local authorities requirement, Industry, and Neste rules and regulations. Ensures Neste and Contract Resources are available for scheduled jobs and special services. Manage, coach, and facilitate a team to execute maintenance activities. Jointly discuss new job priority with Maintenance Area Lead and Planners. Responsible for performing frontline troubleshooting of equipment. Shall attend the daily operational and coordination meetings. Participate actively in Neste HSSEQ programs to achieve own, contractors, and functional HSSEQ targets. Assist to resource and deliver assigned Turnaround and project maintenance activities. Ensure compliance with technical assurance and maintenance procedures. Setting a safety culture to ensure a personal and continuous care around the safety of anyone at the site. Responsible to constantly seek for opportunities for cost-effectiveness improvement related to E&I. Provides feedback to RCM focal point for improvement to preventative maintenance plans, optimize craft time, and drive reliability. Work hand in hand with reliability to improve equipment reliability, operational reliability, sustainable workflow processes and systems in a safe and cost-effective manner. Keys to success in this role: Diploma in Engineering or equivalent At least 3 years relevant experience in refinery and petrochemical Prior Experience in Projects and TAs execution Knowledgeable with international standards, petroleum/petrochemical plant materials and equipment will be an added advantage Experienced in maintenance work control, planning, and basic reliability methodologies Good communication with thinking, negotiation, and business sense Good coordination skills and the ability to work in a cross-functional, multiple disciplines environment Ability to prioritize through close coordination and collaborations with HSEQ, Operations, Technical, and others Other strengths we value: Ensure all documentation is maintained, history is being captured, and any feedback is effectively being utilized. Be prepared for audits of this documentation. Contribute to the development of work procedures. Responsible for the development and implementation of maintenance effectiveness programs and the tracking of these programs. Looks for opportunities to eliminate low-value work and replace it with vital work. Works with Asset Management team and/or assist to eliminate bad actors by repair, replacement, or re-engineering. Much of this will be to recognize repeat issues and understand the root cause of issues. To use Root Cause analysis, whether it be for everyday troubleshooting.
