Success means collaborating effectively, taking ownership of tasks, and consistently seeking opportunities to optimise campaign performance and deliver impactful results for OCBC. What you do You'll be involved in a range of exciting tasks, including: Executing marketing campaigns across digital channels. Developing and coordinating marketing materials for Credit Cards, Deposits, and OCBC Digital. Monitoring and optimising campaign performance to improve results. Tracking, tagging, and reporting on campaign data. Conducting competitive analysis to identify opportunities. Managing campaign setup and monitoring. Supporting administrative tasks like invoice processing. Who you work with Global Consumer Financial Services (GCFS) is all about helping consumers get what they want from life. Who you are A recent graduate from a Polytechnic or University with a diploma or degree in the relevant field. Possess strong interpersonal and networking skills. Detail‐oriented with excellent organisational and time management abilities. Comfortable with social media and digital communication tools. Eager to learn and utilise MarTech tools like Adobe Analytics, Target, and Interwoven. Learning Objectives This role will provide you with: Hands‐on experience in digital marketing strategies and execution. Practical skills in using MarTech tools for campaign management and analysis. Experience in tracking key metrics and creating insightful dashboards. Opportunity to launch campaigns across various channels – owned, earned and paid media.
