Position Overview Join the Syensqo Workplace team in Singapore as a VIE - M365 Change Management AP. You will help drive adoption of Microsoft 365 during the migration from Google Workspace, acting as the primary change agent for the region. Responsibilities Lead change management activities for the migration to Microsoft 365 and related digital tools. Produce and localise change management deliverables (presentations, guides, FAQs, newsletters). Facilitate webinars, training sessions, and workshops to accelerate user adoption. Provide on‐site hyper‐care coaching and gather use‐case feedback. Support communication campaigns, stakeholder mapping, and engagement activities. Organise and deliver training (virtual and in‐person) and develop e‐learning content. Track adoption metrics, collect user feedback, and prepare progress reports. Identify best practices, propose solutions to overcome resistance, and drive continuous improvement. Work closely with the Digital Workplace Change Lead, project team, and integrator company. Qualifications Recent graduate (Master’s degree or equivalent) in Business, Communications, Human Resources, Change Management, or related fields. Strong interest in digital transformation and change management. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proactive, adaptable, and able to work in a multicultural environment. Fluent in English (C2). Knowledge of French or other languages is a plus. Experience with Microsoft 365 tools (Teams, SharePoint, Outlook, etc.) is an advantage. Experience in IT/Digital Workplace transformation projects is appreciated. First experience or appetite for project management is a plus. Technical Skills Fluent English (C2) – both spoken and written. Local language depending on the region (e.g., Spanish, German, Mandarin). Experience in IT/Digital Workplace transformation projects. Project management skill set. Soft Skills Curiosity and a challenging mindset. Flexibility to switch between topics quickly. Proactivity and ability to gather information and anticipate impacts.
