Roles & Responsibilities As Customer Success, you will play a crucial role in driving our company's growth by identifying and securing new business opportunities. You will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs, and providing tailored solutions that leverage our software and hardware capabilities. Responsibilities • Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through networking, cold calling, and market research. • Develop and maintain relationships with existing clients to ensure ongoing satisfaction and repeat business. • Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to prospective clients. • Collaborate with the technical team to understand and communicate the features and benefits of our products and services. • Understand project workflow and challenges in order to manage client expectations and communications. • Prepare and deliver sales quotations, proposals and contracts. • Achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs. • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activities. • Provide feedback to the product development team based on client interactions and market demands.
