You will also be responsible for forecasting your revenue, planning your costs and committing to a bottom line. In short, you will run your business in autonomy. RESPONSIBILITY1"Ilead economicallyandhumanlymybusinessunitthroughaclearstoreprojectthatfulfillslocalneedsandalignswithnationalobjectives."Implement locally-relevant omnichannel strategy aligned with environmental, social, and economic goals. Analyze the local market, identify key sports, and define strategic focus areas. Diagnose store performance and work with local institutions to offer sustainable products and services (e.g., rental, repair). Establish clear service policies (e.g., trials, delivery, Click & Collect) tailored to customer needs. Commit to store KPIs (TO, HOURS, GOI, profitability) and allocate resources responsibly. Train department managers to monitor KPIs and make data-driven decisions regularly. Take decisive action during performance dips, including implementing short-term recovery plans. Strengthen local engagement through communication, loyalty programs, partnerships, and community initiatives promoting sport. RESPONSIBILITY2"I deliver the best customer experience by ensuring satisfaction and driving performance."Ensure customer and teammates safety by complying with all regulations and investing in security. Maintain accurate stock and availability to meet daily customer expectations. Foster a customer-centric sales culture using the FDBC mindset and enhance product visibility. Create engaging customer experiences through product interaction, feedback loops, and a welcoming environment. Guarantee effective store layout and ensure layout quality checks. Optimize teams' schedules and working conditions to support customer service and operational efficiency. Grow sales across both new and second-hand products and services (physical & digital), enhancing in-store conversion. RESPONSIBILITY3"I develop, motivate and take care of human capital."Build and promote a shared store project that unites the team around common goals. Encourage teamwork, solidarity, and a learning culture by celebrating wins and lessons from setbacks. Animate the full managerial framework (e.g., individual meetings, annual reviews, remuneration, team structure). Comply with and apply all legal staff regulations, ensuring leaders are trained and personnel issues are managed proactively. Foster a motivating work environment that supports well-being, sport participation, and work-life balance—for both teammates and yourself. Experience in managing a team, ideally in a retail, hospitality, or customer-focused environment. Proven ability to recruit, manage, and develop a high-performing team aligned with business goals. Strong entrepreneurial mindset — this role is similar to running your own business, requiring ownership, autonomy, and initiative. Skilled in forecasting, budgeting, and making data-driven decisions to achieve sales, profit, and operational targets. Experience in analyzing local markets and using data tools to deliver the right product offer and maximize relevance. Committed to delighting customers and sports users, leading by example through hands-on involvement in the field. Solid understanding of P&L management, KPIs, and performance tracking to drive sustainable growth. Passionate about customer experience, sport, and community engagement.
