Senior Manager/Manager, Finance, Financial & Statutory Reporting Join to apply for the Senior Manager/Manager, Finance, Financial & Statutory Reporting role at A*STAR - Agency for Science, Technology and Research. We are seeking a finance professional to support core reporting and compliance activities under an ARES-wide shared services model. This role oversees month-end and year-end closing processes for both assigned Research Institutes and cross-cutting areas such as revenue recognition, GST reporting, lease accounting, prepayments, grant utilisation, manpower provisions, and consolidation. In addition to ensuring financial integrity and statutory compliance, the role contributes to process improvements and leverages system tools to enhance reporting accuracy and efficiency. The successful candidate will also be involved in ERP migration and user acceptance testing (UAT), helping to ensure a smooth transition of reporting processes into the new system environment. The ideal candidate thrives in a dynamic environment, demonstrates initiative, and takes a hands‑on approach to operational problem‑solving and financial governance.
