Responsibilities Responsible for the maintenance of electrical equipment in water plants. Prepare annual and monthly Preventive Maintenance plans and ensure proper execution and documentation. Maintain high plant availability by executing Corrective Maintenance and assisting during Urgent Jobs, even outside normal hours. Conduct and update Criticality Analysis of plant equipment. Implement Predictive Maintenance strategies for critical equipment. Coordinate daily activities with Operations Department. Manage inventory prudently to optimize costs and plant availability. Liaise with external contractors for maintenance work. Carry out continuous process and operational improvement programs. Receive materials and maintain proper inventory. Troubleshoot plant process equipment as required. Prepare and review Work Instructions periodically. Ensure plant documentation complies with ISO standards.
