Job Title

We are seeking a skilled Facilities Operations Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our facilities, ensuring seamless and efficient performance.

  • This role will be responsible for managing and maintaining relationships with vendors, technicians, and other external parties.
  • The Facilities Operations Manager will oversee the hiring process, including interviewing and selecting candidates for various roles within the facilities team.
  • Key responsibilities include monitoring building operations, conducting regular inspections, and maintaining systematic records.
  • This position requires excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills are necessary to address any operational issues that may arise.
  • The successful candidate will have a proven track record in facility management, with experience in similar roles or industries.
  • A degree in a related field such as engineering, building management, or facilities management is highly desirable.
  • Candidates should possess strong written and spoken English language skills.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering/Building/Facilities Management or relevant disciplines.
  • At least 5 years' experience in a similar role/industry.
  • Experience in oil & gas/petroleum industry is an advantage.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Flexibility to travel and work varied hours if required.
