Job Title

  • Develop and conduct training sessions for distributors on product benefits, usage, and nutrition science.
  • Create engaging content such as presentations, workbooks, and e-learning modules to support distributor training.
  • Translate complex scientific information into compelling messaging for both novice and experienced distributors.

Content Creation

  • Contribute to blogs, social media content, and newsletters focused on wellness education.
  • Review product claims and promotional content to ensure compliance with regulatory guidelines.

Distributor & Customer Support

  • Address product-related inquiries from distributors and customers with scientific credibility.
  • Support the development of health-focused campaign themes and product launch strategies.

Regulatory Compliance

  • Ensure product claims and communications are compliant with Singapore Food Act, Health Sciences Authority (HSA) guidelines, and relevant authorities.
  • Liaise with regulatory bodies when needed to verify new ingredients or product classifications.
  • Support documentation needed for product registration or regulatory submissions.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Nutrition, Dietetics, or a related health science field.
  • Minimum 2-4 years of experience in product training, wellness coaching, or the health & nutrition industry.
  • Strong presentation and public speaking skills (both in-person and online).
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in English is essential.
