Responsibilities Supervise and guide the warehouse team, ensuring alignment with the Warehouse Manager's directives. Provide supervisory and technical expertise to support operational efficiency. Take responsibility for managing personnel and optimizing warehouse operations. Lead and motivate staff to meet the objectives of the company, suppliers, and customers. Handle and resolve customer complaints effectively. Oversee stock control activities, including daily and weekly cycle counts, as well as full physical inventory checks. Enforce adherence to warehouse procedures, safety standards, and 5S practices. Compile KPIs for warehouse assistants to ensure the program meets expectations, covering delivery timelines, inventory accuracy, record-keeping, daily tasks, and documentation retention.
