Job Description

We are seeking a Financial Services Representative to join our team. As a Financial Services Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to walk-in customers.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Providing clear and coherent explanations of financial terms, products, and details to customers
  • Assisting customers with their loan applications and answering queries over the phone
  • Managing clients' accounts accurately and carefully entering customer details
  • Performing administrative duties such as photocopying and filing when necessary

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • An entry-level position with the right skill set
  • No prior experience is required
  • A friendly and positive attitude
  • Excellent communication skills
  • The ability to speak proficiently in both English and Mandarin to liaise with Mandarin-speaking customers
