About Us Mighty Arrows Student Care has been caring for Primary 1 to 6 children since 2018. We're a close-knit centre where every child is known by name. We care about character and values as much as homework completion. We are an inclusive centre that welcomes children of all learning needs, and we offer literacy intervention for children who need extra support with reading and spelling.
What You'll Do
Supervise and guide P1–P6 children through daily homework, spelling and 听写
Run reading, current affairs and character-building activities from our centre curriculum
Run holiday programmes
Fetch children safely from nearby schools to the centre (via school bus)
Serve lunch and tea break, and keep the centre clean, safe and orderly
Manage behaviour positively: set clear expectations, resolve conflicts, and encourage good habits
Know each child's medical needs, allergies and dietary restrictions
Update parents regularly on progress and behaviour, and flag concerns to the Centre Supervisor early
Keep attendance and daily records
Take on other duties as assigned by the Centre Supervisor
What We're Looking For
Minimum N/O-Level; A-Level or Diploma preferred
WSQ Certificate in Student Care (optional)
Valid First Aid certificate, or willingness to obtain one
Able to guide primary-level English and Maths
Ability to speak and write Chinese is an advantage, as the role includes supervising Chinese spelling
Experience working with children (student care, childcare, tuition, enrichment, volunteering) is an advantage. Training is provided for those new to the sector
Patient and open in supporting children with diverse learning needs
Committed to staying with the centre for at least one year, so children can build trust with a consistent adult
Reliable and punctual, as children and parents depend on our daily routine and school pickups
Able to work the full schedule, including school holiday shifts between 8:00am and 7:00pm
Warm, a team player, and willing to learn and grow through the training we provide
Working Hours
School term: Monday to Friday, 1:00pm – 7:00pm
School holidays: 8-hour shifts between 8:00am – 7:00pm (Mon–Fri)
No weekends or public holidays
Location: Marine Parade
