Machine Learning Infrastructure Specialist

Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled Machine Learning Infrastructure Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our infrastructure team, you will be responsible for building and optimizing the architecture for our recommendation system.
The successful candidate will have expertise in machine learning model serving and training infra optimization, high-performance online services, and large-scale recommendation systems.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or above in Computer Science or related fields with 3+ years of experience building scalable systems
- Proficiency in at least one programming language in a Linux environment such as C/C++/Golang
- Understanding of GPU hardware architecture and software stack (CUDA, cuDNN)
- Experience in deep model inference/training, debugging, tuning, and familiar with model optimization tools like TVM, MLIR, XLA
- Familiarity with mainstream machine learning frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, MxNet)
