Role Description This is an on‐site role for a Korean‐English Translator and Local Guide, located in Singapore. The role involves translating written and spoken content between Korean and English, ensuring accuracy and cultural appropriateness. The Translator will also serve as a local guide, assisting with navigating cultural contexts, providing insights about local customs, and facilitating communication during meetings, events, or business trips. Additional responsibilities may include document editing, proofreading, and coordinating logistics related to guiding services. Qualifications Fluency in Korean and English, with strong comprehension and communication skills in both languages. Translation and Interpretation skills, with attention to accuracy and cultural relevance. Knowledge of and experience in Singapore's local culture, customs, and geography. Proficiency in editing, proofreading, and ensuring high‐quality written content. Organizational and time management skills, with the ability to handle logistics and multi‐task effectively. Strong interpersonal skills to foster collaboration and build rapport with teams and clients. Relevant certifications in translation, interpretation, or language proficiency are a plus.
