Customer Service Role

We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused individual to join our team as a part-time customer service assistant.

  • Responsibilities:
    • Provide exceptional customer service by responding to queries and requests in a timely and professional manner.
    • Assist with the sales of books and music instruments, as well as inventory management.
    • Recommending music courses and assisting with enrolment.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following skills and qualifications:

  • A minimum of a GCE 'O' Level certificate.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, including MS Excel.
  • Excellent customer-oriented skills, with strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Able to work 4 days per week, from Thursday to Sunday.
  • Able to work at retail hours, including nights and weekends.
