Job Overview

As a Hardware Support Engineer / Technical Support Engineer, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional technical support services to our organization. This role involves working closely with various teams to identify and resolve complex technical issues.

Responsibilities

  • Developing custom solutions that meet project requirements.
  • Diagnosing and repairing faulty circuit boards to ensure optimal performance.

Requirements

This role requires prior experience in a related field and a strong foundation in electronic engineering principles. Ideal candidates will possess:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Electronic Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Automation, or a related field.
  • Fundamental knowledge of analog and digital circuits.
  • Proficiency with communication interface circuits such as UART RS-232, RS-422, CAN Bus.
  • Expertise in board-level control circuit design using EDA tools like Altium Designer.
  • Experience working with laboratory equipment and tools.
