Interior Fit-Out CAD Designer Job

We are seeking a skilled Interior Fit-Out CAD Designer to join our team.

  • The successful candidate will be responsible for creating accurate and detailed interior fit-out CAD drawings using Revit software.
  • He/she must have excellent knowledge of building codes, architectural standards, and construction methods.
  • Able to work independently and efficiently meet deadlines with high-quality results.
  • Develops interior architectural drawings for client submission and construction.
  • Creates shop drawings packages for client approval and maintains records of updates and documentation.
  • Possesses good knowledge in carpentry and/or construction details to apply the knowledge in preparation of detailed drawings.
  • Participates in site surveys and measurements to verify details as required.

Requirements:

  • Minimum Diploma in Design or equivalent qualification.
  • At least 2 years of experience in product industrial design, commercial, interior, or exhibition fields.
  • Proficient in 3D Studio Max, Vray Renderer, SketchUp Pro, AutoCAD, Adobe Photoshop, and Illustrator.
  • Bilingual in English and Mandarin, with good communication skills.
