Overview We are seeking an AUTOMATION ENGINEER to join our team in Singapore. The role involves providing technical support and maintenance for marine equipment and systems. Employment Details Employment Type: Permanent Position: AUTOMATION ENGINEER Location: West (Nearest MRT: Clementi / Bukit Batok)Working Hours: Monday to Friday 8am-5pm (Flexible to work on short notice, including night time, weekends and public holidays)Roles & Responsibilities Program, configure, and test automation systems, including PLC and HMI systems. Execute commissioning activities for the Integrated Control and Safety System (ICSS), including Process Control, Safety Shutdown, and Fire and Gas systems. Integrate automation systems with various equipment and skids across the FPSO. Diagnose and resolve technical issues with automation hardware and software. Create and update technical documentation for all automation systems. Job Requirements Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Computer, or Automation Engineering. Relevant experience (5+ years) in control systems, especially on oil and gas projects. Expertise with major PLC and DCS platforms. Strong programming and system integration skills. Exceptional troubleshooting skills for resolving complex issues in a live operational environment. Strong communication and collaboration skills to work with cross‐functional teams.
