Conduct interviews, evaluate candidates, and make hiring decisions in collaboration with the Director. Oversee the onboarding process to ensure new hires are fully integrated into the team. Inventory Collaborate with the procurement department to manage stock levels, including ordering and storage of products. Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of supplies and optimize inventory management. Staff Management Provide guidance and training support to trainers, and support to ensure high performance and job satisfaction. Conduct regular performance evaluations and implement development plans for staff. Ensure outlet is meeting monthly sales targets. Key Requirements: Proven experience as an Operations Manager or similar role in a spa or wellness center. Strong background in recruitment and talent management, with a focus on hiring therapists. Excellent leadership and team management skills. Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Knowledge of spa operations, services, and industry best practices. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle challenging situations with professionalism.
