Merchandising at Castlery balances art and analytics — building thoughtful assortments that speak to both style and strategy What you'll be doing: Drive end-to-end new product development (NPD) independently, from initial alignment to product launch. Coordinate cross-functional efforts to ensure timely and successful execution of product initiatives. Support the manager in daily operational tasks, including sourcing briefs, seasonal launches, pricing, and product training. What you need to succeed: Strong analytical skills with the ability to draw insights from data, spot emerging trends, and make informed, data-driven decisions. Thrives in fast-paced, ambiguous environments with strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to work independently. Strong communicator with the interpersonal skills needed to collaborate effectively across cross-functional teams.
